Jaipur Development Authority's 213th Meeting: Key Land Allocation Decisions

Significant Land Allocations by JDA
Jaipur, July 17, 2025 - The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) convened its 213th meeting today, chaired by Commissioner Anandhi. Following discussions on various matters, several important decisions regarding land allocations were made:
Navin Valham Education Society
Approval was granted for land allocation for an educational institution on non-residential land in Khasra number 203, village Beed.
Narayan Sagar ‘ABC’ Residential Scheme
Land allocation was decided for administrative and residential buildings for the proposed police station in Narayan Vihar, South Jaipur.
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited
Land was allocated for the establishment of a power grid in village Siroli, Tehsil Sanganer, under JDA's ring road project.
Narcotics Control Bureau
A decision was made to allocate land for the Narcotics Control Bureau under JDA's plan in village Ramchandrapura, Tehsil Sanganer.
Plots for Medal Holders and Special Categories
Under Rule 17-A of the Rajasthan Urban Disposal Rules 1974, plots will be allocated through a lottery to five medal holders (Olympic/Paralympic, Asiad/Commonwealth winners), recipients of the President's Award, and freedom fighters in the Govind Vihar residential scheme.
Community Health Center, Reinwal Manji
A proposal to allocate land free of charge for the facility area of Rohini Nagar-First will be sent to the state government.
Police Station Jaisinghpura
Land allocation was approved for the Jaisinghpura police station (Bhankrota police station, West Jaipur) in village Jaisinghpura Bas Bhankrota, Tehsil Sanganer.
Under Rising Rajasthan: Prem Kagro Movers
Land allocation was decided for a driving training center and logistics control room.
Newly Upgraded Police Station Khorabisal
Approval was granted for land allocation for administrative and residential buildings of the Khorabisal police station in West Jaipur.
National Forensic Science University Campus
Land allocation was approved for the National Forensic Science University campus in revenue village Daulatpura, Tehsil Amer.
These decisions are expected to enhance the development of educational, administrative, and community facilities in Jaipur, while also promoting investment and infrastructure under the Rising Rajasthan initiative.
