Indian boxer Jadumani Singh Mandengbam has successfully moved on to the quarterfinals in the men's 55kg category at the Commonwealth Games 2026. He achieved this by defeating Pakistan's Sumama Rehman with a decisive 5-0 unanimous decision during the Round of 16 on Sunday night, as reported by ESPN.

Jadumani showcased a remarkable performance against Rehman, ensuring a convincing win that keeps India's hopes for a medal alive in this weight class. The match, reflecting the intense rivalry between India and Pakistan, saw Jadumani maintain his strong momentum throughout the Games.
