Israel's Military Action Against Iran

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have commenced a preemptive and precise military operation aimed at Iran's nuclear capabilities. On Friday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the initiation of 'Operation Rising Lion', a focused offensive designed to mitigate the Iranian threat. Netanyahu emphasized that this operation will persist for as long as necessary to neutralize the danger.

In a video address, Netanyahu stated, "Israel has launched Operation Rising Lion, a targeted military initiative to counter the Iranian threat to our very existence. This operation will continue until the threat is eliminated."

The IDF reported that numerous Israeli Air Force (IAF) jets executed the initial phase of the operation, targeting various military and nuclear facilities throughout Iran. In response to these actions, Israel's Defense Minister Israel Katz declared a state of emergency across the nation.

Katz warned, "In light of Israel's preemptive strike on Iran, we anticipate missile and drone attacks against our state and civilian population in the near future," as noted by a local media outlet.

The IDF highlighted the critical threat posed by Iran's advancements toward nuclear armament. Their statement read, "Iran is closer than ever to acquiring a nuclear weapon. The potential for mass destruction in the hands of the Iranian regime poses a threat not only to Israel but to the global community."

The Israeli government affirmed its commitment to safeguarding its citizens, stating, "Israel has no choice but to defend its people and will take necessary actions as required. We remain dedicated to our obligation to protect our citizens, just as we have in the past."
