Iran's Reaction to Trump's Latest Threats

Dubai: The culture minister of Iran, Sayed Reza Salihi-Amiri, has dismissed the recent threats made by President Donald Trump, labeling him as an 'unstable and delusional figure.'

In an interview with the Associated Press, Salihi-Amiri stated that the Iranian populace largely ignores Trump's remarks, believing he lacks consistency in his behavior and speech, often oscillating between conflicting positions.

Trump had announced plans to target Iran's power facilities and bridges if the Strait of Hormuz remains obstructed to maritime traffic, claiming that Iranians would face dire consequences if the waterway is not reopened.

Salihi-Amiri remarked that Trump has become a complex figure that both Iranians and Americans struggle to comprehend fully.

He emphasized that while the Strait of Hormuz is accessible to global shipping, it remains closed to Iran's adversaries.
