Iran's Missile Assault on Israel

On Saturday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that Iran has launched approximately 150 ballistic missiles at Israel in two separate waves. Reports indicate that there are nine impact sites, resulting in around 15 injuries, with most victims in stable condition, according to medical personnel. Israel's Defense Minister, Israel Katz, stated that Iran has 'crossed red lines' by targeting civilian areas in Israel with missile strikes.

Katz emphasized, 'We will persist in defending Israeli citizens and ensure that the Ayatollah regime faces severe consequences for its atrocious actions.' The United States is providing support to Israel in intercepting the Iranian missiles aimed at the country, as confirmed by a US official. The official highlighted that there are several hundred thousand Americans residing in Israel, and their government is committed to their safety. Earlier, the IDF declared, 'All of Israel is under fire as Iran launches projectiles.'

IDF Strikes Against Iranian Nuclear Facilities

Lieutenant Colonel Nadav Shoshani, the IDF's International Spokesperson, confirmed that strikes were executed against the nuclear facility in Isfahan. 'We can now confirm that the IDF has targeted the nuclear plant in Isfahan, in addition to operations in Natanz,' Shoshani stated in a post on social media.

Casualties and Damage Reported

According to reports, Iran has launched around 200 missiles targeting Israel. Magen David Adom, the national emergency medical service, reported that approximately 22 individuals were injured due to the missile strikes, with two in serious condition and two others moderately injured, while the remaining sustained minor injuries or experienced acute anxiety.

The Israel Fire and Rescue Service reported rescuing two individuals trapped in a building in the Tel Aviv area following a missile strike that caused significant damage. Another missile hit a high-rise tower in Tel Aviv, while fragments from a missile in northern Israel damaged a home and ignited a brush fire.
