Iran Issues Stark Warning Amid Escalating Tensions with US and Israel
Iran's Warning to West Asia
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran has recently sent a serious warning to the residents of West Asia. In a statement broadcasted by Press TV, the IRGC accused US and Israeli forces of using civilians as human shields due to their inability to protect their own military bases. The message stated, "To the people of West Asia, the cowardly American-Zionist forces, lacking the courage to defend their military installations, are attempting to use innocent civilians as shields out of fear of Islamic fighters." The IRGC further advised civilians to vacate areas near US military positions to avoid potential harm, emphasizing their commitment to targeting US and Israeli forces responsible for the deaths of Iranian civilians.
On Thursday, the IRGC announced the launch of wave 83 of Operation True Promise 4, aimed at key American and Israeli military targets in the region using missiles and drones. According to the IRGC's Public Relations, this operation was dedicated to the "warm-hearted people of the southern strip of the country in the north of the Ever-Persian Gulf" and was conducted under the auspices of the revered code "Ya Aba Abdullah Al-Hussein (AS)." The strikes reportedly focused on strategic assets associated with US and Israeli forces, including storage facilities and an oil depot in Ashdod, a military site in Modi’in, and a US military information exchange center.
Additionally, the IRGC claimed to have successfully targeted American bases at Al Dhafra and Al Udeid, as well as aircraft maintenance and storage facilities at Ali Al Salem Air Base. In response, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced on Saturday that they had struck Iran's main facility for missile and sea mine production located in Yazd. The IDF asserted that this site was integral to the planning, development, assembly, and storage of advanced missiles intended for launch from various platforms against maritime targets.
In a series of strikes across Tehran, the Israeli Air Force targeted infrastructure and sites associated with the Iranian regime's weapon production, particularly focusing on ballistic missile facilities. Over the past day, the Israeli Air Force conducted approximately 20 sorties in western Iran, targeting numerous infrastructure sites linked to the Iranian regime, including locations in Kermanshah and Dezful, deploying around 70 munitions against missile storage and launch sites. The IDF reported that personnel operating from these sites were also killed during the operations. The Israeli Air Force reiterated its commitment to countering the Iranian ballistic missile threat to protect Israeli civilians, noting a recent ballistic missile launch from Iran after a brief period of calm.
