During the Udaan career guidance event held on Friday, Chaman Singh, the chief patron of Green Field Public School-Sihunta, delivered an inspiring message about the transformative role of teachers. This initiative was organized in collaboration with Aarni University.

In his address to students, educators, and guests, Singh drew a poetic analogy between the journey of a teacher and a bird observing the moon's gradual ascent to fullness. He remarked, “A teacher resembles a bird that watches the moon each night, patiently anticipating its full phase. Similarly, we await our students' growth—not instantaneously, but steadily, with hope and faith.”

Singh underscored that teaching transcends being just a job; it is a lifelong dedication to shaping minds, values, and character. He noted that while educators may not see immediate outcomes, their role is to trust in the natural process of development.

He praised the Udaan initiative for fostering significant discussions on education, motivation, and career awareness among students in the mountainous region. Singh expressed his appreciation for the program's positive social vision and Aarni University's commitment to extending student outreach beyond traditional classroom settings.

Singh also acknowledged HAS officer Swati Walia, highlighting her as a source of inspiration for students, especially young girls. He stated, “Her life journey speaks volumes,” emphasizing that stories of resilience and discipline profoundly influence young minds.

The school patron pointed out that participation in such programs helps students realize that success is not solely measured by grades but also by courage, consistency, and character. He encouraged students to honor their teachers, value their education, and be patient in their personal growth journeys.

The event saw enthusiastic engagement from students, who listened intently to the speakers and participated actively throughout the session. The blend of motivational speeches, real-life stories, and thoughtful insights made the event both educational and emotionally fulfilling.
