Inmate's Escape Sparks Investigation

On Friday night, Shivam Chauhan, also known as Paramhans, managed to escape from a hospital while receiving treatment in Ghazipur district, Uttar Pradesh. Following this incident, three police officers have been suspended for negligence.


According to the district's Superintendent of Police, Iraz Raja, Chauhan was admitted to the surgical ward of the district hospital after being arrested for a robbery in the Jangipur area.


He escaped through a toilet window late last night. In light of this incident, police constables Prabhu Nandan Paswan, Shiv Govind, and Sonu Saroj have been suspended with immediate effect. Multiple police teams have been formed to locate the escaped inmate.
