Rescue Operation for Injured Deer
On Sunday, a deer that wandered into a village in the Abhaypur Shahgarh area of Pilibhit was attacked by stray dogs, resulting in serious injuries. The forest department intervened to provide medical treatment for the animal, as reported by an official.
Sobran Lal, the social forestry ranger, informed reporters that the injured deer was released back into the forest after receiving care around 3 PM on Sunday. He explained that the deer had strayed from its natural habitat and sustained deep wounds from the dog attack.
Local villagers attempted to save the deer by chasing away the dogs. Lal mentioned that the team from the social forestry range conducted a preliminary examination of the injured deer before sending it for treatment.
