Flight Emergency Landing at Birsa Munda Airport
An IndiGo flight traveling from Kolkata to Patna was forced to land at Birsa Munda Airport due to a tire issue on Friday afternoon.
An airport official confirmed that the flight was originally scheduled to continue from Patna to Lucknow.
RR Maurya, the airport director, stated, “The aircraft was diverted for safety reasons.” He added that passengers heading to Patna were transported by road, while those bound for Lucknow were accommodated on alternative flights.
