The Thailand Boxing Association will host the competition under the auspices of World Boxing, with matches taking place at the Indoor Stadium Huamark in Bangkok. The preliminary rounds will commence on March 8, followed by quarterfinals and semifinals, culminating in the finals on March 15.

Last year, Indian youth boxers made history at the 3rd Asian Youth Games in Bahrain, securing seven medals, including four gold, two silver, and one bronze. This marked India's most successful performance in youth boxing at the continental level. The current contingent aims to gain further international experience while demonstrating the strength of India's youth boxing program on the world stage.
