Four Indian tennis players, Jennifer Luikham, Soha Sadiq, Sama Chevika Reddy, and Amodini Naik, have been awarded wildcard entries into the main draw of the upcoming Kalaburagi Open W35. This tournament is set to take place from March 2 to March 8, with qualifying rounds commencing on March 1. The event will showcase local talent prominently at the Chandrashekhar Patil Stadium in Kalaburagi, as stated in a press release from the Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association (KSLTA).

The competition for a spot in the main draw is intense, with five additional Indian players receiving qualifying wildcards. Potugari Chandana, Omna Yadav Davunaboina, Harshini Nagaraj, Snigdha Kanta, and Hridayeshi Pai will participate in the qualifying rounds, aiming to secure a place in the final draw.
