Historic Ascent of Mount Everest

A climber from India has successfully reached the summit of Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world. This achievement was announced by the organizers of the expedition on Thursday.


According to the expedition team, known as '8K Expeditions', S. Sarkar, along with seven other climbers, reached the peak, which stands at an impressive height of 8,849 meters, on Wednesday.


As per a social media update from the organizers, the group included climbers from China and the UK, along with four guides who also made it to the summit.
