India vs England Test Series Kicks Off Under Shubman Gill's Captaincy

In an exclusive interview with a sports network, KL Rahul expressed, "When the team was announced and Gill was named captain, I contacted him. I assured him that I am always available for any assistance or guidance he might need. However, I believe it’s also important for him to allow others their space."

Rahul further elaborated, "We have been together for a long time. If we don’t achieve the desired results, it’s essential to recognize that mistakes may have been made. This is something that won’t change. We all want to support each other in the team, and I am always ready for that."

Currently, the first Test match will take place in Leeds, where Gill aims to lead the Indian team to a successful start in the post-Virat and Rohit era. Meanwhile, Ben Stokes will be looking to initiate a new WTC cycle with his England squad.
