India's Commitment to Afghan Relief Efforts
New Delhi: In response to the devastating floods and earthquakes impacting Afghanistan, India has sent a new shipment of relief supplies to assist those in need.
Randhir Jaiswal, spokesperson for the External Affairs Ministry, announced on Sunday that India is dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to the Afghan population during this difficult period.
To address the urgent needs arising from these natural disasters, India is delivering essential Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) items, which include kitchen sets, hygiene kits, plastic sheets, tarpaulins, sleeping bags, and other necessary supplies.
Jaiswal emphasized India's solidarity with the Afghan people and reaffirmed the nation's commitment to offering humanitarian support during these trying times through a social media post.
