India's Remarkable Performance at GSC Australia 2026

Team India showcased an impressive performance at the Global Skills Challenge (GSC) Australia 2026, securing a total of five medals: three gold, one silver, and one bronze. This achievement marks a significant milestone as India prepares for the upcoming 48th WorldSkills Competition in Shanghai later this year.


The event, which took place from June 23 to 29, featured nearly 600 participants, including competitors, experts, translators, and officials from 16 WorldSkills member nations. India competed alongside countries such as Australia, Austria, China, the USA, Japan, France, and South Korea.


Medal Winners and Their Achievements

The medal winners included:


1. **Pavan Bhadravati Suresha** (Karnataka) - Gold in Additive Manufacturing


2. **Mausam Kumar Giri** (Bihar) - Gold in Cloud Computing


3. **Vishnupriya Sunil** (Delhi) - Gold in Health and Social Care


4. **Harsh Ramesh Pawar** (Maharashtra) - Silver in 3D Digital Game Art


5. **Muskan** (Haryana) - Bronze in Painting and Decorating.
