On the other hand, Bangladesh's captain Nigar Sultana admitted that her team fell short of their game plan after previously strong performances. "We did not bowl well today, unlike in our last three matches. Our fielding was also subpar, and we missed several chances. It was just a bad day for the entire team," Nigar stated.

She noted that Bangladesh struggled to capitalize on their bowling opportunities during the powerplay. "We aimed to restrict India to a chaseable total, but our batting powerplay was disappointing. We created chances but failed to take advantage of them," she explained.
