The flagship Fit India event in Delhi is expected to attract nearly 3,000 participants. It will feature a special guided yoga session led by celebrity instructor Anshuka Parwani, known for her role in popularizing yoga among fitness enthusiasts and celebrities. This celebration will also include athletes, students, senior citizens, fitness lovers, yoga practitioners, and families, all coming together to demonstrate yoga's transformative benefits.
A Decade of Promoting Wellness
The global observance of the 12th International Day of Yoga on June 21 is projected to engage millions across over 180 countries. Over the last ten years, this day has become one of the largest wellness movements worldwide, with India leading the charge.
