As the defending champions, India has once again advanced to the title match, awaiting the outcome of the second semi-final between Sri Lanka and Pakistan to determine their final opponent.

Shafali Verma's Stellar Performance

Batting first, India scored 149 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Opener Shafali Verma was the standout performer, scoring a remarkable 64 runs off 40 balls, featuring seven fours and three sixes, achieving a strike rate of 160.00. Pratika Rawal contributed 20 runs off 24 balls, while captain Harmanpreet Kaur played a crucial role with an unbeaten 24 runs off 28 balls, including two sixes.
