Launch of Skill Development Program for Defense Personnel

The CII-MCM Trust campus recently hosted the inauguration of a Pre-Release Course (PRC) on Account Assistant (Using Tally), sponsored by the DGR. This initiative aims to provide structured skill development for defense personnel transitioning into civilian roles.


Col. Ramesh Ranwa from Headquarters 33 Mountain Brigade, McLeodganj, Dharamshala, along with Harsh, an Assistant Manager, attended the event, inspiring participants to fully utilize this training opportunity. The program was organized by Ms. Manu Dhiman, the Campus Head, and her dedicated team.


During his address, Col. Ranwa encouraged the attendees to engage with the training earnestly and confidently, emphasizing the importance of adapting from military to civilian life while improving their professional skills for enhanced career opportunities.


As a gesture of support, study bags were presented to the candidates during the ceremony. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks from Ms. Manu Dhiman, who expressed her appreciation to the esteemed guests and participants for their involvement.
