Dr. Rajesh Sharma, the Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh School Education Board (HPBOSE), has released a notice for those taking the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) in Dharamshala. Coinciding with this event, an international one-day cricket match between India and Afghanistan is scheduled, which is likely to lead to significant traffic delays in the area.


TGT (Arts) TET exam is set for June 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, while the TGT (Medical) TET exam will occur later that day from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.


Candidates assigned to testing centers along the Dharamshala route, such as Government Senior Secondary School (Girls), Dharamshala; Government Senior Secondary School, Matour; Government Senior Secondary School, Shahpur; and Government Senior Secondary School, Dari, are advised to arrange their travel ahead of time. To minimize disruptions, it is recommended that candidates arrive in Dharamshala a day early if feasible.


Dr. Sharma stressed the importance of arriving at exam centers well in advance, ensuring candidates bring their admit cards and valid ID. This advisory aims to facilitate a smooth examination experience for all participants.
