The couple was warmly welcomed by a large crowd as they completed KYC formalities for their bank account. Abhay shared insights about his future plans, including the establishment of a university that will integrate academic learning with spiritual practices. He emphasized the importance of understanding various forms of meditation and the need to distance oneself from worldly distractions for spiritual growth. Currently residing in Himachal Pradesh, Abhay is focused on his new journey with his wife.

Abhay's Wedding and Return to Jhajjar

After gaining fame during the Prayagraj Kumbh, Abhay, popularly known as IIT Baba from Jhajjar, has recently gotten married. Following the wedding, he and his wife, Pritika, returned to their hometown of Jhajjar, where they were greeted by a large crowd eager to catch a glimpse of the couple. Reports indicate that the newlyweds visited Jhajjar to complete KYC formalities for opening a bank account. During their visit, Abhay spent some time at the office of his father, Karn Singh Grewal, who is a lawyer, and also interacted with the media.


Visitors lined up inside the reception area to take selfies with IIT Baba, while many locals seized the opportunity to reconnect with Abhay and reminisce about old times. In conversations with journalists, he shared that his wife Pritika hails from Bengaluru and that they are both working towards a common goal.


Family and Future Plans

When asked about meeting his parents, Abhay mentioned that he would definitely visit them but acknowledged that sometimes, due to significant family responsibilities, one has to stay away from a smaller family. Discussing future plans, he revealed that work is underway on establishing a university focused on integrating knowledge systems. He emphasized that the university will not only provide academic education but will also delve into spiritual practices and meditation-related knowledge.


Abhay stressed the importance of understanding and teaching various forms of spiritual practices, considering clarity of purpose as essential. He also highlighted that distancing oneself from worldly attachments is crucial for spiritual growth. Currently, he resides in Himachal Pradesh.
