Husband Seeks Protection After Wife Leaves Him for Lover
A Troubling Domestic Situation
The bond between husband and wife is often said to last through seven lifetimes, yet some individuals seem intent on tarnishing this sacred relationship. Historically, there have been numerous reports of wives suffering abuse, but a troubling trend has emerged where husbands are now facing similar fates. Cases involving Nikita, Muskaan, and Sonam Raghuwanshi have highlighted this shift. In a recent incident from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, a husband claims that his wife has left him just after starting her nursing career, and he fears for his life.
The distressed husband has filed a complaint against his wife, seeking police protection. Sant Pal reported to authorities that he invested heavily in his wife's education, spending 5 lakh on her nursing course. However, once she secured a job, she abandoned him and is now living with her lover, allegedly threatening his life.
This case originates from the Majhola police jurisdiction, where Sant Pal married Pami Sagar in 2014, and they have two children together. Their relationship seemed stable until Pami expressed a desire to further her education. Sant Pal supported her ambitions, funding her nursing studies. However, after she landed a job as an ANM, she reportedly became involved with a colleague named Manoj.
Conflict and Violence Erupt
Upon discovering the affair, Sant Pal confronted Pami. In a bid to mislead him, Pami filed a case against Manoj in 2023, but it was merely a façade as she continued her relationship with him. This led to frequent disputes at home, and Sant Pal alleges that Pami's brothers physically assaulted him on June 21, with Pami herself stating that she no longer had feelings for him.
Threats to Life
Based on Sant Pal's complaint, a case of assault has been registered against Pami and her two brothers. Currently, Pami resides in their home while Sant Pal has moved to a rented place for his safety. He expressed his fears, stating, 'My wife might kill me. I urgently need protection.'
