- Open your mobile browser and navigate to the official portal hospitals.pmjay.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the option labeled “Find Hospitals” or “Search for Empanelled Hospitals.”
- A new page will open where you need to fill in essential details such as your state, district, hospital type (Public or Private), specialty, and hospital name before clicking on search.
- Within moments, a complete list of Ayushman-listed hospitals in your district will appear on the screen, including the hospital's name, address, and contact number.

Using the UMANG App to Find Hospitals
If you prefer using an app, the UMANG app is an excellent choice. It is the government’s official multi-service application.
- Download the UMANG App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Open the app, select your language, and Login/Register.
- Type PMJAY in the search bar.
- Select the services under “Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.”
- Tap on the option for Find Hospitals.
- Choose your State and District.
