Active Relief Efforts in Mandi District

Mandi: Following the catastrophic events in Himachal Pradesh, the Himachal Unemployed Youth Federation (HUYF) has pledged its commitment to assist in relief operations.


The state coordinator of HUYF, Shrey Awasthi, has announced the formation of a dedicated volunteer team for the Mandi district, which will be spearheaded by district president Vishal Mandotra.


Describing the situation in Mandi as a statewide crisis, Awasthi stated, “Every member of the HUYF will support Mandi during this challenging period. Our aim is to ensure that we reach every individual in need.”


He called upon all HUYF officials and volunteers statewide to promptly head to Mandi and engage in relief activities. Awasthi also encouraged all social and youth organizations to unite beyond political affiliations to aid those affected.


“This is a moment for humanity, not politics. We must reach out to every household impacted by this disaster,” Awasthi emphasized.


Under the guidance of Vishal Mandotra, the HUYF team is actively involved in distributing relief supplies, offering medical assistance, aiding in rescue operations, and supporting rehabilitation efforts in collaboration with local authorities.
