Inspection of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Government Medical College

Today, Kuldeep Singh Pathania, the Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha, conducted a visit to the Sarol campus of the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Government Medical College.

During his visit, he assessed various administrative and management processes and convened a meeting with local officials and college representatives. Pathania also provided essential directives to the relevant departmental officers to facilitate the effective operation of the institution.

Dr. Pankaj Gupta, the college's Principal, provided the Speaker with a comprehensive overview of the available facilities and the ongoing arrangements.

The inspection was attended by several dignitaries, including MLA Neeraj Nayyar, Lalit Thakur, the District Chairman of the Agricultural Produce and Marketing Committee, Dildar Ali Batt, the Haj Committee Chairman, Surjit Bharmouri, the District Congress Committee President, Yashwant Singh Khanna, a leader from Churah Congress, Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Repaswal, Superintendent of Police Vijay Kumar Saklani, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Jalam Singh Bhardwaj, Superintendent Engineer Rajiv Thakur, along with Rajesh Mogra, Diwakar Singh Pathania, and other departmental officials.
