Chamba: The Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha, Kuldeep Singh Pathania, is set to embark on a tour of the Chamba district starting Friday, June 6, 2025.

The itinerary released by the public relations department indicates that he will serve as the chief guest at the TNR-Shining Star Awards 3.0 on June 8. During this event, he will recognize exceptional Class 10 and 12 students from the district for their remarkable academic accomplishments.

This awards ceremony is organized by a prominent English digital news network based in Himachal Pradesh. It will take place at the Darbar Hall of Pt Jawaharlal Nehru Government Medical College in Chamba, scheduled from 10 AM to 1 PM.

As per an official spokesperson, Speaker Pathania will also be the chief guest at the Chhinj Mela in Samot on June 6 and in Har village on June 7. These festivities are integral to the region's cultural heritage.

On June 9, he will preside over a bankers' committee meeting at Bachat Bhawan in Chamba, focusing on issues related to financial inclusion and local banking.

Additionally, he is expected to attend the Chhinj Mela in Siyunta on June 10 as chief guest and will inaugurate the Guru Ravidas Mahasabha’s community hall in Ratadi village on June 11.
