Himachal Pradesh Hosts Record-Breaking Scholarship Exam with Over 5 Lakh Participants
Historic Scholarship Examination in Himachal Pradesh
On May 20, 2025, the Himachal Pradesh government, in partnership with Crack Academy, organized the largest scholarship examination in the state's history, titled 'Mere Shahar Ke 100 Ratan'. This significant event saw participation from over 500,000 students in grades VI to XII, taking place simultaneously in more than 3,500 government and private schools throughout the region.
This initiative marked a groundbreaking academic event in Himachal Pradesh, uniting young scholars from all 68 constituencies. Students dedicated weeks to preparation, approaching the exam with enthusiasm and determination, recognizing it as a vital step in their educational journey.
The scholarship program is designed to provide deserving students with access to quality coaching. The top 100 performers from each constituency will receive full coaching scholarships from Crack Academy, totaling 6,800 scholarships. Furthermore, the next 200 students in each constituency will benefit from a 75% discount, while an additional 500 students will receive a 50% concession.
Selected candidates will have the chance to enroll in various preparatory courses, including UPSC, HPAS, JEE, NEET, and skill development programs. Crack Academy has also set up over 70 physical centers across the state, allowing students to attend in-person coaching sessions, alongside online learning resources available through its website.
Neeraj Kansal, the Founder and CEO of Crack Academy, expressed his appreciation for everyone involved in making this initiative a success. He stated, 'This scholarship exam transcended mere numbers; it was a celebration of educational aspirations across Himachal. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Hon’ble Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu ji, Education Minister Rohit Thakur ji, esteemed dignitaries including the Secretary of Education, Directors of Elementary Education, Deputy Directors, and the numerous students, teachers, principals, and dedicated administrative teams whose collective efforts ensured the success of this exam.'
The evaluation will be conducted digitally through OMR sheet scanning to guarantee precision and efficiency. Results from the scholarship examination are set to be announced on June 10, 2025, and will be accessible via the Crack Academy app.
