During a public event in Kullu district, he laid the foundation for 21 projects worth ₹81.30 crores, which include initiatives in health, education, and renewable energy. Sukhu also revealed plans to establish Ani as a municipal council and provide subsidies for local youth. Chief Minister's Commitment to Rural Progress

On Tuesday, Chief Minister Sukhu of Himachal Pradesh emphasized that his administration is dedicated to achieving new milestones in development, particularly in rural areas.


During a public gathering in Baga Sarahan, following the foundation stone laying for 21 development projects worth ₹81.30 crores in the Ani assembly constituency of Kullu district, Sukhu shared his vision.


According to an official statement, these initiatives encompass various sectors, including road construction, drinking water schemes, irrigation, health, education, tourism, renewable energy, and community infrastructure development.


Addressing the attendees, Sukhu reiterated the government's commitment to establishing new dimensions of development, especially in rural regions.


He also announced plans to designate Ani as a municipal council, allocate ₹1 crore for the development of a lake in Sarahan, and provide a 50% subsidy on e-carts for local youth. Additionally, he mentioned that a school recognized by CBSE will soon be opened in Ani.
