Hyderabad: On Friday evening, a significant incident unfolded when the Railway Protection Force (RPF) intervened to save a B Tech student from a suicide attempt. The individual, identified as 23-year-old Raviri Jayavardhan Reddy, was reportedly in a state of emotional turmoil following a breakup.


RPF Officers Act Quickly

The RPF discovered him lying on the railway tracks between Secunderabad and Lalaguda stations. The officers, during their routine patrol, acted swiftly to prevent a tragedy. Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) J Kamalakar Rao and Head Constable P Dhanunjay were the first to spot him and rushed to his aid.
