Gunfire Erupts at YouTuber Elvish Yadav's Home in Gurugram
Incident Overview
In a startling event early Sunday, approximately 30 gunshots were discharged at the home of YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT champion Elvish Yadav, located in Gurugram's Sector 57. At the time of the shooting, Yadav was not present at his residence. Sandeep Kumar, the Public Relations Officer for Gurugram Police, reported that three masked individuals opened fire outside Yadav's home around 5:30 AM, unleashing more than a dozen rounds.
Claim of Responsibility
Shortly after the shooting, the Himanshu Bhau gang took to social media to assert their involvement. Bhau Ritoliya posted a message stating, "Greetings to all. Today, a shooting occurred at ELVISH YADAV's residence. It was executed by NEERAJ FARIDPUR and BHAU RITOLIYA. We have made our presence known today. He has ruined many lives by endorsing illegal betting applications. This serves as a warning to all social media influencers like Elvish Yadav. Those promoting such apps should be cautious; a call or a bullet could arrive at any moment. Stay vigilant [sic]."
About Himanshu Bhau
Himanshu Bhau, the leader of the gang, is notorious across North India and has been implicated in over 30 criminal cases, including murder. His rise in the criminal world is compared to that of Lawrence Bishnoi, as he has developed a network of shooters and criminal associates. In 2018, he escaped from a Juvenile Correctional Home and later fled to Dubai using a forged passport. Interpol has issued a Red Notice for his arrest. The gang is known for its involvement in extortion, contract killings, arms trafficking, and smuggling operations throughout the region.

The shooting incident was recorded on CCTV, capturing the masked assailants firing shots around 5:30 AM. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported, and law enforcement is currently conducting an investigation into the matter.
