While launching the Gujarat Advanced Technology and Economy Expo (GATE) 2026, organized by the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), Patel emphasized that the state's economic success is a result of a development strategy that merges trade with tradition, commerce with culture, and industry with entrepreneurship, all under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

According to CM Patel, the theme of the expo, 'Gujarat Vision - Global Ambition', aims to create opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and young entrepreneurs to transition from local markets to global platforms.
He expressed optimism that such initiatives would enhance the industrial ecosystem of the state.
Highlighting the Vibrant Gujarat summit, CM Patel remarked that its ongoing success has established Gujarat as a “global gateway to the future.”

Furthermore, CM Patel mentioned that Gujarat is the first state to develop a 'Developed Gujarat @ 2047' roadmap, based on the principle of “earning well, living well,” contributing to the larger goal of a developed India.
