A Call for a Drug-Free Generation

Gandhinagar: The Chief Minister of Gujarat, Bhupendra Patel, has urged the youth to steer clear of drugs to achieve the goal of a developed India. He emphasized that to transform the nation into a developed country by 2047, it is crucial to cultivate a generation that is entirely free from the evils of substance abuse.

The Chief Minister highlighted that the youth represent the greatest strength of any nation. When young individuals fall prey to addiction, the repercussions extend beyond their personal lives, affecting their families, communities, and the nation's progress. Therefore, creating a drug-free society is of utmost importance.

Bhupendra Patel noted that both the central and state governments are actively campaigning against drug abuse.
