Governor Kavinder Gupta is set to officially launch the International Minjar Fair 2026 on July 26. Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Repswal provided insights into the Governor's three-day itinerary, noting that he will arrive in Dalhousie on the evening of July 25 (Saturday) and will spend the night at the Circuit House.


On the morning of July 26, the Governor will present Minjar to Shri Lakshmi Narayan Ji at 10:00 a.m., followed by the formal inauguration of the International Minjar Fair at Chamba’s historic Chaugan at 10:30 a.m. Later that evening, at 8:35 p.m., he will kick off the cultural evening festivities associated with the fair. He will again stay overnight at the Circuit House in Chamba.


The Governor's visit will conclude with his departure for Pathankot on July 27 at 9:00 a.m.
