The principal also honored Shri Jha with a traditional cap and shawl as a gesture of respect.

This institution was recognized as a PM Shri School in 2022, offering free education along with uniforms and textbooks to its students. The school has become a valuable resource not only for children residing in Dalhousie Cantonment but also for those from surrounding villages, whose families rent accommodations in the area. Currently, the school caters to students from Nursery through Class VIII.
