Subsequently, the victim was subjected to gang rape. She has since reported the incident to the police, who have registered a case and initiated an investigation. The victim stated that she had gone to meet her boyfriend on July 26 and they were sitting near a secluded area close to Tiwari Pur village.
During this time, the two men recorded her and began blackmailing her for money. The boyfriend panicked and escaped, leaving the victim vulnerable. After she informed the attackers that she had no money, they proceeded to assault her. The victim also alleged that the assailants attempted to remove her nose ring.

According to the victim, she had gone shopping with her boyfriend and the incident occurred while they were seated in a deserted area. Afterward, she reported the matter to the police. Initially, there were claims that her case was not registered. Later, she sought assistance from ACP Abhishek Pandey. He confirmed that the victim has accused two men of gang rape. A case has been officially filed, and efforts are underway to apprehend the suspects. Teams have been formed to track down the accused, and CCTV footage is being reviewed. The police are optimistic about capturing the suspects soon with the help of surveillance.
