Allegations from a Woman Residing in Canada

This action was prompted by a third complaint of sexual harassment filed by a woman living in Canada. Upon receiving the complaint, the police acted swiftly to arrest him.

Serious Accusations from the Victim

The victim reported to the police that she had connected with Rahul through social media while facing difficulties in her married life. She claims that he deceived her with promises of marriage and pressured her to end her marriage.

In her complaint, the woman accused Rahul of brutally assaulting her in a hotel room, forcing her to undergo an abortion when she became pregnant, and stealing money from her. She also mentioned that when she was preparing for a DNA test of the child, Rahul refused to provide his sample or cooperate with the investigation.

The woman further detailed in her complaint that when she suggested meeting in a public place or restaurant, Rahul declined, arguing that his celebrity status prevented him from meeting outside. Following his insistence, she booked a room at a hotel in Palakkad, where he allegedly assaulted her upon arrival.
