Jaipur, January 8, 2026: A major operation was conducted by the food safety department in Jaipur, targeting a large warehouse as part of a crackdown on adulteration and quality control. During this raid, a total of 15,630 kilograms of pulses were confiscated. The team collected several samples of the pulses on-site, which have been dispatched to the state food laboratory for analysis.
