Support for Grieving Families


In a heartfelt ceremony held at the Kota Circuit House, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla presented checks of five lakh rupees each to the families of deceased mothers on Saturday. The funds were raised through public contributions. Birla engaged warmly with the bereaved families, inquiring about the care of their children and expressing solidarity during their time of grief, assuring them that the entire community, along with the government and administration, stands by them.


The families of the deceased mothers, including Pawan Malvi, husband of Payal, Ravi Nayak, husband of Jyoti Verma, Prakash, husband of Pinky, Mohammad Ashu, husband of Shirin, and Rohit Mahawar, husband of Priya Mahawar, received the financial assistance.


During the event, Birla emphasized the importance of providing social and economic support to the families affected by these tragic losses. He mentioned that the funds would help ensure the well-being of the deceased mothers' infants and facilitate their access to quality education in the future. Additionally, efforts will be made to connect these families with government schemes to enhance their economic and social conditions.


This noble initiative to provide financial assistance to the families of the deceased mothers was made possible through contributions from ASI Industries Limited, Goyal Proteins Limited, Allen Career Institute Private Limited, CFCL Limited, and the Indian Red Cross Society, each donating five lakh rupees.
