Father Kills Son Over Bathing Dispute in Ghazipur

Tragic Incident in Baheri Village

In a shocking incident in Baheri village, located in the Khanpur police jurisdiction of Ghazipur district, a father fatally stabbed his son during a dispute over bathing.

According to reports, the altercation began when Shahabuddin's wife was taking a bath. Salman Natt, aged 32, urged his mother to hurry, questioning if she intended to bathe all night. This remark led to a heated argument between father and son. In a fit of rage, Shahabuddin grabbed a knife and stabbed Salman in the abdomen.

Family members rushed the injured Salman to a community health center. After initial treatment, he was referred to a medical college hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Salman was the eldest of four brothers. Following the incident, his mother Tahira and wife Afsana, along with the entire family, are in deep mourning. The Khanpur police chief, Shailendra Pratap Singh, confirmed that the father has been arrested and a case has been filed.
