On Thursday, FanDuel Group, a prominent American gambling firm recognized for its sportsbook, fantasy sports, horse racing, and online casino offerings, encountered a significant outage during the NBA playoff game between the Cavaliers and Pistons. This disruption left many users unable to access the platform.

As reported by DownDetector, over 7,000 users experienced issues with FanDuel, with complaints escalating rapidly on social media during the playoff event. Frustrated users took to X to express their dissatisfaction, with one commenting, “FanDuel down during the NBA playoffs. Less than ideal.” Another user added, “Anyone else’s FanDuel just kicked them off and won’t sign in now.”

In response to the growing concerns, FanDuel Customer Support acknowledged the situation, stating on X, "Our team is aware and investigating the current technical difficulties prohibiting users from accessing our platform. We will follow up as soon as we have an update."
