Pradeep Kumar Choubey, the Chief Fire Officer of Gautam Buddh Nagar, reported that the injured workers were promptly taken to a hospital, where they are now out of danger.


Cause of the Explosion

Choubey explained that the explosion happened while a worker was mixing cellulose nitrate, a chemical, in a 30-liter bucket. He suggested that the incident might have been caused by the worker adding an excessive amount of the chemical, leading to the explosion and subsequent injuries.
