Participants will don colored team uniforms and utilize a white ball, ensuring a professional T20 league atmosphere. A significant aspect of the Vrindavan T-20 is its affiliation with the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association, which emphasizes the importance of local player selection.

Prior to the auction, trials will be organized, allowing local and emerging cricketers to demonstrate their talents and secure a spot in the tournament.
