Moscow: Local officials reported that Ukrainian drone strikes in the vicinity of Moscow resulted in five fatalities, while Ukrainian sources indicated that Russian airstrikes led to at least five civilian deaths in Ukraine.

Since the onset of Russia's invasion over four years ago, Ukraine has successfully developed long-range drones capable of reaching targets deep within Russian territory. Over the past year, these drones have targeted critical infrastructure, including oil facilities and major storage sites.

According to United Nations data, relentless Russian aerial assaults on Ukraine have claimed the lives of over 16,000 civilians, with the death toll increasing annually.

Both sides refrain from disclosing verified figures regarding troop casualties along the front lines, which stretch approximately 1,250 kilometers (800 miles) across eastern and southern Ukraine.

Independent verification of claims from either side remains unattainable.

Authorities in the Russian Black Sea resort of Arkhipo-Osipovka confirmed that the death toll from a drone strike on Monday has risen to seven, including three children.

As of Tuesday morning, Krasnodar regional officials reported that 58 individuals were injured, with 21 requiring hospitalization.

Online footage depicted a drone crashing into a crowded beach, accompanied by sounds resembling rapid gunfire. Ukraine has yet to comment on this incident.

A drone attack attributed to Ukraine in the Moscow region resulted in five deaths and ten injuries on Tuesday morning, as reported by regional governor Andrei Vorobyov.

The Chekhov municipal district suffered the most damage, with several fires igniting in the Novoselki industrial area, according to Vorobyov.

In a related incident, Wildberries, Russia's largest online retailer, reported a fire at its warehouse in the Leningrad region, adjacent to St. Petersburg.

Additionally, drone debris caused partial damage to a Wildberries warehouse in the Tver region, as stated by governor Vitaly Korolyov.

The Russian Defence Ministry announced that its air defenses intercepted 320 Ukrainian drones overnight.

Russian Strikes on Ukrainian Ports Intensify

The Russian Defence Ministry declared that its forces conducted strikes on Ukrainian ports, vessels, and related infrastructure utilized by Kyiv's military.

In Chornomorsk, located in Ukraine's southern Odesa region, Russian forces targeted an automobile components plant and a port terminal where military vehicles were being repaired and ammunition stored.

Moreover, a bulk carrier carrying military cargo sustained damage in Mykolaiv, while another vessel unloading military supplies was hit in Pivdennyi, another Black Sea port in Ukraine.

The ministry also reported that two bulk carriers transporting weapons and military equipment to Ukrainian ports were damaged at sea, south of Odesa.

Recent Russian attacks on Mykolaiv, including its port, resulted in the death of an 89-year-old woman and injuries to seven others, aged between two and 83, according to Ukrainian regional officials.

In the southern Odesa region, a Russian strike on civilian infrastructure destroyed a private residence and injured two individuals, as reported by Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa regional military administration.

In Ukraine's northern Sumy region, six Russian glide bombs killed three people, including two young girls aged 5 and 10, along with an elderly woman, according to Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy regional military administration.

Additionally, Russian forces targeted Kharkiv and 18 towns and villages in the northern region over the past 24 hours, resulting in one death and seven injuries, including an 8-year-old child, as stated by Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration.
