In preparation for the upcoming Shri Manimahesh Yatra–2026, local authorities are diligently monitoring the arrangements along the pilgrimage route. Today, Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Bharmour, Vikas Sharma, conducted a thorough inspection of the pedestrian pathway from Manimahesh to Hadsar.
During this inspection, the ADM evaluated the pathway's condition, the facilities available for pilgrims, and the ongoing repair efforts. He engaged with officials and field staff to gauge the current status and urged them to prioritize necessary maintenance.
According to him, the route from Hadsar to Manimahesh is currently suitable for pilgrims, and the yatra is proceeding without issues. The safety of the devotees is the administration's utmost concern, with ongoing monitoring in place.
The ADM pointed out that some sections of the path had experienced minor damage. These areas have been marked for repair, and work is being expedited to ensure timely restoration. He has instructed the Public Works Department to complete these repairs swiftly to prevent any inconvenience for the pilgrims.
Accompanying ADM Vikas Sharma during the inspection were the Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer from the Public Works Department.
