Effective Home Remedy for Piles: A Simple Recipe
Understanding Piles and Its Types
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, is a serious health condition that can cause significant discomfort. There are two main types of piles: external and internal, commonly referred to in everyday language as bleeding and non-bleeding piles. In some regions, it is also called 'Maheshi'. Many individuals resort to medications to alleviate this condition, but often these treatments do not yield the desired results. However, we are here to share a home remedy that may help you find relief from piles.
Ingredients Needed for the Remedy
To prepare this remedy, you will need three ingredients: jaggery, ghee, and sesame seeds. Ghee and jaggery are likely already available in your kitchen, so you will only need to purchase sesame seeds for a minimal cost.
Preparation Method
Start by heating a frying pan and adding one tablespoon of ghee. Once the ghee begins to melt, add about 20 grams of jaggery pieces to the pan. Allow the jaggery to melt completely while mixing it with the ghee. Once both ingredients are well combined, transfer the mixture into a bowl to form a paste. Next, incorporate 35 grams of sesame seeds into the paste and mix thoroughly until the seeds are well integrated.
How to Use the Remedy
Once the sesame seeds are evenly mixed into the paste, your remedy is ready. Consume one teaspoon of this mixture daily along with a glass of cold water. Following this routine for 20 consecutive days may help you overcome the issue of piles.
