Introduction to INNOPROM.India
New Delhi: The inaugural INNOPROM.India International Industrial Trade Fair is taking place in New Delhi from September 9 to 11. This event features prominent companies from Moscow's advanced industrial sectors, showcasing their innovative products and solutions, as announced by the Russian Embassy.
Maksim Liksutov, Moscow's Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry, revealed details about this significant Russian international industrial trade fair.
During the event, leading firms from Moscow will present their high-tech solutions at a collective stand, including manufacturers specializing in medical devices, collaborative robotics, digital transport solutions, LCD displays, and non-destructive testing equipment.
According to Liksutov, the Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has emphasized the importance of enhancing trade and economic ties with India. In the first half of 2026, Moscow accounted for 45% of Russia's trade with India, with a notable fivefold increase in exports of engineering products from the city.
Moscow's Commitment to Trade Relations
To foster collaboration, a delegation from Moscow will actively participate in the INNOPROM.India exhibition. Key industrial players and representatives from the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone will engage with potential clients and showcase their offerings at the collective stand.
The Moscow Export Support Centre, Mosprom, will facilitate the logistics of transporting exhibits and organizing meetings with international partners during the exhibition.
The city is also keen on advancing joint investment and infrastructure initiatives with Indian counterparts. Following the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2026, an agreement was reached with a leading Indian pharmaceutical firm to localize medicine production within the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone, as stated by Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
Garbuzov highlighted that the involvement of Moscow's industrial firms in INNOPROM.India marks a significant advancement in their technological partnership.
Showcasing Cutting-Edge Technology
Moscow is eager to deepen its cooperation and is prepared to share its expertise across critical industrial sectors, including microelectronics and healthcare.
The Joint Stock Company Institute for Scientific Research Microelectronic Equipment Progress (JSC NIIMA Progress), a resident of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone, will present a high-precision geodetic collaborative platform.
Another participant, NEX-T (under the NexTouch brand), will unveil solutions utilizing its proprietary liquid-crystal modules, such as the NextOne all-in-one PC, the NextPanel interactive educational system, and the NextAir transparent display featuring touchless gesture control.
Moscow's Scientific and Productive Centre ECHOPLUS will showcase its advanced phased-array ultrasonic flaw detector, AVGUR-ART.
Additionally, ROBOPRO will demonstrate its commercial DOKA collaborative robots, designed to automate repetitive tasks, including product handling and packaging operations.
Support for Moscow's Exporters
The exhibition stand will also feature sterilization equipment from the Tyumen Plant of Medical Equipment and Tools (JSC TZMOI), along with innovative products from DNA-Technology, such as automated laboratory systems and reagent kits.
The participation of Moscow's companies in INNOPROM.India has been organized with the assistance of the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in India.
The Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation Mosprom Export, Industry and Investment Support Centre, established by the Moscow Government in 2019, aims to promote investment activities, industrial exports, and agricultural product exports.
Mosprom serves as the primary export support center for Moscow's industrial enterprises, providing comprehensive assistance at every stage of entering international markets.
Moscow exporters benefit from national government support, including the International Cooperation and Export National Project, which offers a wide range of information, financial, insurance, and logistical support, along with access to the My Export digital platform for expert advice and analytics.
