Indian Military Denies Pakistan's Claims
New Delhi: An Indian military spokesperson refuted claims made by Pakistan that its hypersonic missiles, launched from JF-17 fighter jets, successfully targeted and destroyed India's S-400 air defense system located in Adampur.
Earlier, Pakistan's state television, PTV, reported that the Pakistan Air Force had successfully neutralized the S-400 system.
Additionally, China's Xinhua news agency echoed this narrative, stating that the JF-17 Thunder jet had taken down the S-400 in Punjab, India, as reported by the Chinese outlet Global Times.
However, the Indian Air Force has categorically dismissed these assertions as untrue.
