The fourth edition of the TNR Shining Star Awards took place in Dharamshala on Wednesday, drawing an impressive turnout. Nearly 600 outstanding students from Class X and XII across Kangra, all achieving 85% or higher in their board exams, were honored in a ceremony attended by their families and educators.
The awards were conferred by Rajesh Sharma, Chairman of HPBOSE, who praised the accomplishments of these young scholars.
This initiative, backed by Minerva Study Circle and partners including HIET Group of Institutions, P3Y, and Digiperform, continues to grow in its influence and outreach.
During the event, Sunny Sharma, Managing Director of Digiperform, spoke about the necessity of adaptability in today's digital landscape:
“Success is no longer confined to conventional routes. The fields of technology, creativity, and digital entrepreneurship are broadening daily. At Digiperform, we aim to empower young individuals with the skills needed to excel in this new era — turning knowledge into impact and ideas into careers.”
He also emphasized that education transcends mere grades; it encompasses confidence, adaptability, and the courage to embrace change.
Initiated by a prominent digital news platform in Himachal Pradesh, the Shining Star Awards 4.0 represents more than just an awards ceremony; it is a movement aimed at uplifting and recognizing young achievers.
Sunil Chadha, Executive Editor, shared the broader vision:
“Our goal is not only to celebrate merit but also to cultivate a future alongside these bright minds. These stars are our strength, and this recognition marks just the beginning.”
With Palampur and Dharamshala setting a high standard, the Shining Star Awards 4.0 will soon extend its reach to other districts in Himachal Pradesh, continuing its mission of recognition and encouragement.
