Overview of the Operation

On May 7, information has surfaced regarding the terrorists who were killed during India's Operation Sindoor in Pakistan. Among those identified is Mudassar Khadian Khas, also known as Mudassar or Abu Jundal, who is linked to the Lashkar-e-Taiba. His funeral prayer was conducted at a government school, led by Hafiz Abdul Raouf of Jamaat-ud-Dawa, a designated global terrorist. The ceremony was attended by a serving Lieutenant General from the Pakistani army and the Inspector General of Punjab Police.


Notable Casualties

Another terrorist, Hafiz Muhammad Jameel, affiliated with Jaish-e-Mohammed, was also killed. He is known to be the brother-in-law of Maulana Masood Azhar. Additionally, Muhammad Yusuf Azhar, also known as Ustad Ji or Muhammad Saleem, who is wanted in the IC-814 hijacking case, was involved. Khalid, known as Abu Akasha, was linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba and had participated in several terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, as well as arms smuggling from Afghanistan. His funeral took place in Faisalabad, attended by senior Pakistani military officials and the Deputy Commissioner of Faisalabad.

Mohammad Hasan Khan, associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed, was also among the deceased. He was the son of Mufti Asgar Khan Kashmiri, the operational commander of Jaish in Pakistan-administered Kashmir, and played a crucial role in coordinating terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. The Indian Air Force executed Operation Sindoor, targeting the headquarters of banned terrorist organizations such as Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahideen in Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir during nighttime. Officials reported that the operation successfully hit nine hideouts of terrorists, including the Markaz Subhan Allah in Bahawalpur, Sarjal in Tehra Kala, Markaz Abbas in Kotli, and the Sayyidna Bilal Camp in Muzaffarabad, all linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed.
